CONDITIONS special edition is out and I am so proud of myself. I so rarely say things like that, but this is incredibly important to me. I still can’t believe they accepted my paper and I’m feeling very good. The whole issue is really phenomenal and important, I will perhaps discuss some of the other works within it soon. It is inspiring to see so many people from different fields contributing their expertise and imagination into pictures for Greenland’s future, and that it is such an open and progressive discussion. I think it reflects a lot of hope. And it is amazing to be featured in a section prefaced by an editorial by Minik Rosing on the power of imagination.

I should say the images are incorrectly identified, however. The two on page 157 should be Inuk Silis Høegh, Toppen af Isbjerg and the two on pages 158 and 159 should be Inuk Silis Høegh and Asmund Havsteen-Mikkelsen, Melting Barricades, photos by Nordatlantens Brygge. Also the famous Julie Edel Hardenberg work I discuss is on pages 32-33, and many of her photos are shown throughout. Go buy it today!

Also, because they put my photo in black and white I don’t look like a prepubescent! Right?
